Kids Chicken Nuggets

NUT FREE ~ EGG FREE ~ SOY FREE ~ GLUTEN FREE ~ WHEAT FREE ~ FISH FREE ~ SESAME SEED FREE ~ VEGETARIAN

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless chicken breast fillets (about 500g)
  • 4 tbsp white rice flour
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose gluten-free crumb mix
  • canola or sunflower oil for cooking
  • dipping sauce to serve, allergy appropriate

 

Directions:

  • Wash the chicken, then pat dry with absorbent paper towel
  • Cut into 2cm cubes
  • Place the flour and crumbs into a freezer bag with the chicken, and shake to coat the chicken pieces.
  • Remove and shake off the excess crumbs
  • Heat oil in a frying pan to medium / high heat. Fry chicken for about 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Drain on absorbent paper
  • Serve with dipping sauce
